Avi Flamholz: Cream cheese and currant brioche, no question. If the mood doesn't strike, demi-baguettes, croissants (almond and otherwise), and chocolate-orange rolls are acceptable.
April Walloga: Best boulangerie north of Bouchon. Great fruit tarts, chocolate chip cookies, and quiche. I'm partial to the butter loaf, milk bread, and ciabatta. Croissants not so much:(
