The place was good. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken, the Egg Drop Soup, and Chicken Lo Mein, and everything was very good! They threw in two free egg rolls for us, and rounded down for exact change!

I absolutely LOVE the beef noodle soup and the beef and onion homemade dumplings. Highly recommend them, but the prices went up recently, so a good meal will probably cost you at least $25.

Value Meals, offered in the deli section at all locations, are a great deal. For $6,8 or 10, choose a main dish of chicken or pasta + 2 non-protein sides for $6, vegan +2 for $8, meat/fish +2 for $10.
By far my favorite Chinese food in the District. Ma La dumplings, Ma La Lo Mein, Ma La Kung Pow Chicken, Ma Po Tofu (with or without the meat) are all fantastic! Eat it till your face tingles!!

The sesame chicken is the best I've had anywhere, and the egg rolls are really good as well. Get the combo - it's a solid two meals for $7.
