Don't bother going close to closing showed up at 7:40 everything was put away, frap machine shut down and out of syrup.

Not your regular coffee place. Cafe Phillips offers a great variety of delicious sandwiches. Try the grilled cheese sandwich!
The ice cubes for the iced coffee drinks are frozen coffee. Your drink doesn't get watered down. Brillant!

This place is only for real coffee drinkers. Amateurs should stay out and settle for Starbucks.
