Chasu Buns were a great starter and the Tonkatsu Ramen was excellent! Perfectly cooked noodles, fresh woodear mushrooms & delicious pork belly. 4/5 spicy is good if you have a decent heat tolerance.
The Tonkotsu Red Ramen is absolutely fantastic, great pork broth made with Berkshire pork belly chashu, kikurage, menma, green onion, kuro mayo, and nori.

Overall not my favorite ramen in DC but was happy with the service. The ramen eggs were just poached and very yolky. Got the duck ramen; not bad. Pork belly was delish. No corn or or sprouts.

Friendly staff and amazing food. The brisket and pork ribs were excellent. Chicken wings were the unexpected surprise - absolutely amazing. Finish it off with a pie! Only thing missing is sweet tea.
Don't miss the the fried masa cake with duck confit, pork belly, BBQ pork and fish tacos. Guacamole is pretty good and freshly made, too!
