If you like Ramen, this place is mandatory in DC. Great place, decoration, food and price. The service is exceptional as well. There's usually a waiting list, but it's worth the waiting.
Larry's has some very unique ice creams that will blow your tastebuds outta the tongue - check out their ginger, cinnamon and the salted caramel. To die for and don't let the trolls tell ya otherwise

Tacos weren't as great as I was hoping, although they're definitely huge (2 is enough for a hungry human). Try the tongue with extra spicy habanero salsa.
best tacos in the area. two corn tortillas filled with tons of meat and onion and cilantro. carnitas and al pastor are great. don't miss the salsa bar.
