Everyone says get the lox, and they're not wrong. But Russ & Daughters has as good lox, so you should really get what Murray's does best: whitefish salad on a bagel. They'll put a 1/2 pound on, too.
Pastrami Lox on an Everything Bagel and Chive Cream Cheese is yum! But my usual is the Veggie Cream Cheese on a Rye Bagel, simplicity at its best!
