If you have ever been to Nitehawk Cinema you know that seeing a movie without a dinner menu, cocktails & full service is ridiculous. Unfortunately for me, they aren't showing Great Gatsby at Nitehawk.
Spankin' new theater on the south side of Williamsburg. They did a nice job with a big comfy stadium seating and yummy popcorn. Only $8 bucks for a movie!
$8 tickets! Just like it's 2002 again! Stadium seating, aggressive bag checks for outside snacks.
You can't use her bathrooms because you have to go through the kitchens, and that's a health code violation. Sorry, angry Williamsburgers. Use the cinema's bathroom across the street.
The butter croissants are the best I've tasted in Williamsburg. Swing by and try out one of their French macarons too!

Once you get past the apathetic service, you’ll be blown away by their Fried Chicken Box (get the cheese grits) and finish it off with a slice of Banana Cream Pie. The doughnuts are great too!
Crisp fried chicken, warm, fluffy biscuits, and tender doughnuts all at reasonable prices. Good for breakfast, too.

The rooftop bar is on the 6th floor and has a beautiful view of the city. Go early, catch the sunset, and then jet to a dive bar before the meatpacking-esque crowd arrives.

Toby's has a beautiful seating area, but you'll never get to sit there. The people already there are actors, paid to show up before opening and stay until after closing. That's the only explanation.

My favorite bar in NYC/BK. Architectural, beautiful, chill vibe with crazy dancers, hip hop, even a great sports viewing spot w a projector and tvs. Perfect mix of offbeat, smart interesting people.
An always solid rotation of classic and inventive cocktails; great craft beer on tap.
This is a lame tip but: Monday movies.. They play the movie over the speaker system so even when you walk around the bar and/or go to the restroom you don't miss a beat
