This place is a dream. There's 4 pool tables. $16 beer towers during happy hour. And surprisingly good food - beef tacos and pork dumplings were yummy.

This is the kind of place that you wouldn't surprised if something crazy happens. Sushi, tiki, club, pool haul with a live fish tank, wood bridge and rock walls? Only in NYC.

Four 10' Pool Tables in the back, decent condition, fairly expensive hourly rates. Not much of a competitive scene, but a reliable place to find an open table

If there was a bar in Reno, NV... and this bar aspired to be a Las Vegas bar, but was an outskirts of Reno bar with low self esteem... not attached to a casino or anything...That describes Tropical.

It's a tropical dive bar with pool tables. As long as that's what you're looking for, it's great. Don't expect more.
