This is NOT a gym for fighters. I found that out asap and I LOVE it! Cardio equip, weights, octagon, boxing bags, TRX, functional equip, indoor turf. This place rocks.

Not a tradition gym... Which is good for ppl training to fight but they lack normal equipment (which can still work for fighters). Mostly have heavy bags and a ring, some weight training equipment
