- Bobby DacronFebruary 2, 2011The beer is still good, the snacks are pretty crappy. How do you ruin an apple? PClub figured it out. The ladies at the front, though, are great!!
- Marco BusiNovember 27, 2014Nothing is good here - they only serve crackers and manufactured cheese wrapped in plastic, you have to pay for drinks and it is so busy and noisy that you actually come out more stressed. Just Awful
- Scott ArchambaultJune 22, 2014Really rundown, typical old-school United lounge. Gets crazy crowded and most seats have no power. Um, why am I sitting in here???
- Showers are good but pale in comparison to the showers of the Pier in HK.
- If you want good food, pleasant service and decent drinks this is not the place for you.
- Courtney DuBoisMay 17, 2010You can also get in here with the Priorty Pass. Like others have said, nothing to impressive, but it is a small haven of quiet in the midst of bussling terminal C.
- Christopher BairFebruary 4, 2011Like the ability to grab a shower between the Thu night redeye and the Fri morning connection.
- Bagels and coffee for breakfast is a good choice. No "real" food here
- Can't wait for them to stop the donut balls and start carrying mini muffins like Chicago, Houston, etc.
- Ikai LanApril 3, 2013There's a ridiculous rule here banning outside food. Hide it in your bag. If they see it just deny it. Eat it in the shadows.
- No One Here But MeAugust 4, 2011Nice folks let me in because I'm returning from Afghanistan. With Military ID they will admit you, as there is no USO here
- Jay ByrneMay 3, 2013Overcrowding common, free house wines awful, pay premium choices decent. Terrible facility w/ few charging stations & poor quality snacks. Embarrassing for an international business class club.
- Kylie JayOctober 7, 2014Probably the worst club I've ever encountered. No real food, just packet snacks. Come for the chairs, power outlets & wifi. But don't come hungry.
- It is about time that United gets their lounges to a 21st century standard. Weird old furniture and what is even worse, they have no food instead of crackers and cheese wrapped in plastic!
- Good luck finding a seat. Best to just get a computer booth and chill...
- If you only have half an hour and aren't drinking at the bar, forget it. This place is a Zoo at peak travel times.
- Chris CranisMarch 2, 2012Being a large empty cup if you want coffee at United Club. The cups are smaller than urine sample cups the Dr. gives you.
- Peter GregsonAugust 11, 2010cheese and biscuits get old fast. Don't expect to stay amused here for a long layover, but it's comfy!
- Actually opens at 430 am now, in time for early flights. Nice!
- k̾h̾u̾s̾h̾i̾ s̾a̾k̾h̾r̾a̾n̾i̾May 2, 2015Worst lounge I've ever seen😡 over crowded, theirs hardly any service ... The menu only has beverages n biscuits. Much better to pay n relax ur time else where .
- Chris SimmonsSeptember 27, 2014Layover en route to Europe or back to West Coast? Catch a shower here...not much else to write home about.
- A BDecember 29, 2013Only worth $50 access fee if staying more than 3 hrs. Avoid salty crackers + loud brats. Free wifi from the food court below!
- Try and avoid the PC's on Weekends. Full of parents with their very loud kids. Hell, just try to avoid traveling on weekends, period.
- Tony WhelanNovember 19, 2010Got to the one nearest the higher gates and get the petite blonde lady to do you a bloody Mary. Shitty glass, GREAT Mary
- Since switching from Continental to United, this place is run down, dirty and poorly maintained. Nothing VIP about it. Less food selections, filthy/torn chairs. Totally nasty
- Anna PfennigerDecember 28, 2012Free breakfast, but definitely not as nice as in other united lounges. (Where's my cappuccino?!?!)
- Raz KrogApril 16, 2011This place is crawling with people. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to find two open seats and there were non. They need to make this place more exclusive.
- Zach HonigJuly 26, 2012Definitely not the best airport lounge, but at least the drinks are still free. Good place to go if you need help changing a flight.
- Not much sitting room when traveling during peak times...Hoping for a renovation soon, the Swiss air and lufthansa Lounges are much better
- Mike Dal LagoFebruary 3, 2012If you're not here with kids, don't take over the family room with your wife. And don't lie and say that your kids will be here in an hour. I'm waiting.....
- FedJune 18, 2013Ghetto Club!! What the hell is going on with service and amenities. United needs a lesson or two from other international carriers that offer superior service.
- Aaron LambertApril 15, 2011No "real" food to be had here, only snacks. In that way it disappoints more than other star alliance clubs. No salads or sandwiches, really? Even US Suckways offers that in their clubs!
- Ariel ZachAugust 29, 2013Thursday evening, the place is packed not a single seat available, people even crowding the "work stations". Terrible.
- Mike O'DeaFebruary 20, 2011No printer in biz center. Send yourself a fax to the fax machine. A janky solution that saves the day.
- Kennyg TasSeptember 10, 2013United Club started charging for a lot of drinks they were not previously charging for. It is bull crap. Baileys is $6. Dewars is $9. Beware. You are better off going to restaurant or wine bar
