Don't worry about these other schmucks on here hating their lives (no matter where they live)! We LOVE this place: awesome rooftops, great courtyards, amazing bars, shops, and restaurants!
Paige TerlipMarch 13, 2012Great place to live near downtown, especially if you have dogs. They are extremely friendly and have great amenities for both humans and their animal companions. I love the dog runs and nearby park.

Eat at steubens food service, coolest restaurant in Denver. Especially uptown :-)

Loud Construction across the street, Monday through Saturday 6:30am to 7pm. Awful.
- Beware, don't believe the hype about this place. Been here two year bur will be moving out this spring. Way over priced for what you get.
