Linda MiklowitzApril 26, 20142014 Jazz Fest tickets $55 per day until day before first day and $70 during the weekend. Sheraton Hotel ticket desk doesn't charge Ticket Master fee of $14.30 and stays open day before to 4 pm.
Nice hotel. Rooms got a great view. But the elevator system sucks! Been waiting for 15 minutes, afterwards I decided to walk. complained at the front desk about it. They gave me free wifi in the room.

Since RTA doesn't take you all the ways and cabs far more expensive each way, good deal.

The new renovated rooms are awesome! Until the whole hotel is finished with the remodel, be sure to ask for one of the new ones.
Kyle the front desk mgr is awesome. The epitomy of southern hospitality. Beautiful hotel and in a great area. Must stay here when in New Orleans!- The beds are super comfy, the shower gets very hot and the views from the top stories are excellent! Beware of the elevators, they can get pretty backed up sometimes.

Enroll in the green programm. Instead of daily room cleaning, they clean the room every other day and in return you get $5 voucher to spend in the bar for the days your room was not cleaned.

Love this location! Walk to super dome, French Quarter, and casino!
Location is good, everything else is not - do not pay for the club level - the rooms are dark, windows and rest is dirty, long lines... huge impersonal and overpriced - I won't be back
