I really like the location and the staff is really helpful and friendly! Walking through the hall way it seemed that the room would be tiny, but it's reasonable. I will stay there again.

2016: there is WiFi in the shoebox and unfortunately that's the best I can say about this place...No, not true - very close to Paddington Station :)

Nice room, good service, grate location, no free wi-fi in the room. If you feel that you got the smallest room ever just ask to change ;-)

Nicest staff and clean room. The breakfast coffee is not even close to being good yet the food is nice, it's not worth £20.

Worst hotel on Planet Earth! I HAD to stay here because I didn't have any other choice. drunk people all night long, neighbors are so freaking noisy, level of cleanliness -too bad to be true😱.DON'T!!

Place is perfect for backpackers needing a decent night's sleep. Cheap and amenities are ok. Not so much for long stays though. Breakfast buffet is very good ü

Not sure about the four stars, but overall an ok hotel. Large club rooms. Staff not very welcoming (except for a couple of them). Basically - ok hotell if you have a discount.

Tiny rooms. Watch out for the 'boiler' line. They claim the boiler is broken and say they'll move you to Notting Hill. Insist on staying put. Worked for me.

Wi-Fi is free but only exists in the bar area which means NO WI-FI in the room! They have the cable Internet though but come on, is it still 2003?
