The fact that it used to be a department store back in the golden years makes it that much cooler!- The valet parking staff are the best, and if you like Blue Moon beer, it's served at the Hilton Honors happy hour on the 4th floor from 5-7 pm
The MXOctober 20, 2011Amazing renovation right next to the Convention Center in the heart of Downtown St. Louis. Check out the pool on the 5th floor. No chlorine smell & I've been told it will eventually be chlorine free.

Ronaldo - the doorman- always has a smile on his face and even though he's like the oldest guy there, he runs out to grab your bags. Love Ronaldo!
Nice place. Reminds me of the newly remodeled DoubleTrees. New movie theater and restaurants right across the street.
One of noisiest hotels I have ever stayed. Asked for quiet Room. They put me right by elevators and bar where meals are served.
- The genius manager who decided to remove the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot water from lobby should be given his walking papers.
- Sooooo... Is it normal for adults to go to breakfast in their pj's? And to not have brushed their hair? Well it's normal here.

Jason HillmanMay 13, 2012Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.
