- HeidiFebruary 26, 2017Unlike any shop in the area (which is very welcomed). Spacious, has bar seats and tables. They play good music (grunge when I went) and serve up flat whites (7/10 but I would come back to try others).
- Cindy lauApril 10, 2015Running at $4 a latte, it's safe to assume it's going good. However, what's great about this place is that it's spacious (plenty of seats) and serve delectable desserts (doughnuts by dough).
- What a gem in this area! Has all the same stuff as the original Culture Espresso on 38th & 6th, but without the crowds. You NEED to get the chocolate chip cookie, only available after 10am.
- Their cookies are delicious! I had to go to their other shops to look for them, the coffee is good too. (Side note: this branch is their largest)
- ChristinaOctober 20, 2018Happy to find this gem of a coffee shop hidden on 36th in the middle of tourist-central. Great coffee, tunes, & minimalist design, just how I love it.
- Elena MuehterDecember 31, 2016High quality coffee and delicious baked goods. The strawberry banana muffin and chocolate chip cookie are worth the splurge!
- Nice cafe stumbled upon it a few weeks ago. Serving Heart coffee from Portland and donuts from Dough in Brooklyn. At glance looks more like a show room space than coffee shop. Had to walk by twice
- Ashley MowreyJune 26, 2018Small coffee shop that serves heart roasters from Portland, OR. The baristas do a really great job at extracting the espresso, so their milk drinks are made well.
- Tristan DurandNovember 7, 2018Chocolate chip cookie is indeed awesome! Should have asked for a glass of milk with it 🤤
- Jamie BreenFebruary 11, 2016Better than the 38th street location. Butttt Flat white was good for the first three sips then it was just hot milk and coffee.
- Now serving donuts from Underwent donuts. Try the brown butter donut. Chocolate Chip cookie is one of the best in the city.
- Sara 🌈⚔🍾February 21, 2015Awesome coffee and yummy pastries. An oasis in this neighborhood, which has no good independent coffee places. Decent amount of seating.
- BasakFebruary 26, 2016Good space with multiple seats to get your flat white fix. Bonus points for donuts from Dough.
- Angela WenNovember 9, 2015Bigger and more spacious location of culture espresso. Heart coffee beans from Portland, awesome pastries, and good tunes.
- Agavni JessaijanSeptember 18, 2016It's perfect! Good coffee, nice croissants. Good option to go if you have no breakfast in your hotel. This is way better to go to.
- Adam BungerAugust 28, 2016First stop on a NYC coffee crawl. Psyched to find a Heart account, plus the chocolate chip cookie was bangin'.
- Anish EapenJune 3, 2016Coffee is so good, it is perfectly ok to come in by yourself, get your beverage, sit down, and enjoy it with your thoughts for company.
- Dina FierroApril 21, 2016Good coffee, great cookies, cool staff. A rare and precious Garment District gem.
- Right now this is the best espresso in mid town. Go to this one instead of the location in 39th. More room and less crowded
- Graham LindnerFebruary 7, 2017Eat the **amazing** chocolate chip cookies. Skip the exceedingly average Heart stereo blend coffee 😬
- Laurence BAugust 20, 2018Great shot of espresso. I hear the cookies are good, but haven't tried one just yet.
- Every day they have fresh doughnuts from Dough bakery. Also they have almond and soy milk.
- Just like in the original Culture, drip coffee is always good but I also loved their chai!!
- The coffee and espresso drinks are solid, but chocolate chip cookies are a must-try.
- Daniela BarreraMay 6, 2016Small but good sitting areas. Great hot chocolate. No bathroom though. Wifi available.
- Alex SmithOctober 19, 2017Best americano I’ve had in nyc. Thanks for making a Seattle girl at home. ❤️☕️
- kate kJanuary 15, 2015Generally less busy than the Culture on 38th bw 5th and 6th, and more spacious.
- Anna QuariaNovember 25, 2016No bathroom or place for customers to wash hands, more of a coffee-to-go shop. Coffee is good though and stuff is friendly.
- Aja BrandmanFebruary 17, 2015This spot is definitely geared towards people who work in the neighborhood. Let the tourists go to Starbucks
- Anthony MaggioMay 9, 2018Great coffee, delicious chocolate chip cookies and a tasty ham and cheese croissant 🥐
- Martin PostaJuly 8, 2018Quite good for american coffee, but the flat white was watered down and unfortunately did not taste the best. Sweet little place though!
- Aziz NawrozieOctober 23, 2015They play old foreign music on LP records, and I can't believe how catchy and good it is.
