Though relatively new on the LA art installation scene, the urban lights are an iconic part of LA and are particularly stunning at dusk or dark. Great spot for a photo shoot of just candid shots.

MeliAugust 29, 2014Urban lights is an absolute must-see if you're in LA. Must prettier at night than during the day. Street parking across the street is free at night (post-8pm). So dang romantic!
