Add some of the peppermint marshmallows to a cup of the Cultivar coffee. You will thank me later. Also, the panettone is excellent.

Chocolate cannele is amazing. Flaky crispy outer layer but lovely softness inside. Perfect amount of sweet, not cloying at all. I wish I had gotten a half dozen of these instead of just one.

No, not technically a donut shop, but it's really hard to talk about wonderful rolls of dough w/o mentioning some of the goods at Village Baking Co., like the laminated Brioche fresh out of the oven.

The smells coming out of the bakery are amazing, but just wait until you try the pastries and the breads.

Make sure to get the vanilla canele with a cup of the cultivar coffee. Such a stellar combination. Coffee was still free last time I went. Yay!

Everything here is as good as in Paris. You cannot go wrong stopping by for a quick breakfast pastry.
