We don't reload our own brass and we don't have any issue with shooters reclaiming their own brass. I'm not sure who you dealt with, but I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

CharlesApril 3, 2012Ammo & Range prices are VERY expensive here. They will NOT let you pick up your spent brass.They like to keep all your brass so THEY can Re-load for in-house sells. I will never be back! Rip-OFF!!!!
