In the old tradition soda didn't come from a can. Our handmade italian sodas are made to order with a generous helping of our sorbetto blended with fresh juices and topped with freshly made vivreau soda water. No commercial syrups allowed!
Ivrea Seltz (Orange Sorbetto with Vanilla)

At the annual battle of the oranges in ivrea, piedmont almost 2000 tons of oranges are hurled between opposing teams and it's all in good fun. We add fresh vanilla beans to orange in the creamsicle sorbetto which goes into this soda.
