- H HOctober 21, 2015Best view in Chicago! Get brunch on the 95th and ask to be seated on the water side. Lake Michigan is stunning and tranquil and ahh. You can go to the 96th to grab drinks / apps as well.
- Haroldo Fiuza JúniorOctober 14, 2013The Hancock Tower is never crowded as The Sears Tower, and you get the same amazing view from here! For the photographers, unfortunately tripods are not allowed on the observatory!
- Aaron CruzApril 15, 2012Best up-top skyscraper views I've seen. Take the 40-second elevator ride (fast) up to get shots of Lake Michigan, the parks, beaches, lakeshore, skyline & more. Grab a coffee or cocktail up-top!Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Tenielle FitzjarraldAugust 21, 2018Skip Willis tower and go here for great views of the city. There is a bar and comfy chairs placed where you can enjoy a drink and the breathtaking views of the best city in the world.
- Daniel LeySeptember 19, 2018FAR better than The Skydeck. Much quieter and a more pleasant experience here. You must experience The Tilt if visiting here though, just be prepared to hold on tight!
- Omar AROctober 11, 2018Stunning view over Chicago’s skyline, good value for money if you buy the Chicago Citypass (you’ll still have to pay $8 extra for the ‘tilt’ experience).
- Jen ShinJuly 10, 2016the views are absolutely amazing! if you're 21+, get the ticket and drink deal to enjoy a brew as you take in the scenery.

- Sagar JhobaliaNovember 6, 2016Come around evening it's amazing! Catch the sunset and then do the tilt. Totally worth getting the pics
- Tracy SankbeilMarch 16, 2014Nice view. Great place to get a nightcap and see the city at night. I could see coming here in the summer to see the navy pier fireworks with a captain and coke in hand.
- Juan DiegoOctober 1, 2016I went here like two weeks ago and I had so much fun ! It was such an amazing view! I also got on the tilt;). I would totally go again maybe next time when it's dark out and see all the city lights ;D
- Heather MageeOctober 13, 2016The views all round from here would definat be the best than from any of the other towers...

- InterContinental ChicagoSeptember 8, 2011The Hancock Tower is considered the grandfather of all skyscrapers, and its 96th floor views of Chicago's skyline and the lake will take your breath away. Be sure to take some pictures up there!
- Brittany McMahanJuly 17, 2012Save $10 and go up to the 96th floor instead of going on the Observation deck on the 94th. You can have a drink and enjoy just as good a view!
- OC Food DivaOctober 13, 2014If you have time to go twice, I would recommend visiting once in the morning around 10am and again right before sunset.
- Susa DNovember 18, 2016The view is great, but unfortunately you cannot take pictures without nets or glass in front of you, leading to a lot of reflections in night pictures. No access to the roof.
- Edward ForteJune 13, 2023Catch a view of Chicago, grab a cocktail, and relax. For thrill seekers try the tilting window

- Enrico SSeptember 4, 2015Wonderful view of the Chicago. Definitely overpriced. And don't get food up there.
- Visit 10 - 20 minutes before sunset. That way you get the best of the day and night views in one visit.
- HISTORYApril 7, 2010Located on the 94th floor of the building 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, it's the city's only open-air skywalk. Here you'll see an incredible 360-degree view of Chicago, WI, IN & parts of IL.
- Pepita GonzalesJune 13, 2016The tilt was awesome and so was watching the sunset. Liked it more than skydeck.
- Theodore HuffMarch 17, 2013Ice skating is a joke. It's a small rink and it's plastic, not ice. It's also 7 dollars on top of the admission fee.
- Catherine PunktFebruary 25, 2015Go there between 10 and 11 am (during winter) and you easily can pass through.
- Lauren GFebruary 19, 201110x better than Sears Tower. Better views of the city, great audio tour, espresso bar and much nicer employees. Skip the Sears Tower and come here instead!
- Pat CunninghamDecember 24, 2013If you're eligible, remember to show your military affiliation to get a good doscount. Chicago is very supportive of the US military.
- Andrea CAugust 19, 2014Same, if not better, view than Sears Tower and definitely not as crowded. After sunset is gorgeous.
- Damien DonnellyJune 3, 2013Go to the Signature room and get a drink. It is one floor higher and you don't have to pay the observatory fee.
- Denise CarmanOctober 8, 2013Go for the ticket that allows two visits in 48 hours. You get the daytime and nighttime view!
- Cory HughesJuly 1, 2012Buy the boat tour & observatory combo for $35 - instead of paying for them separate (that is, if you want to do both)
