Get some work done in the lobby of the Crosby Street Hotel over afternoon tea. Life is literally meaningless without afternoon tea. This spot does one of the best in the city.
Go for a mani at Vanity Projects. This spot does amazing gel art -- it’s my go-to in NYC and Miami when I’m in town.
Get a coffee and then a cocktail (I get the Belle Haleine) at Sel Rrose, my favorite café/bar/restaurant combo on the face of the planet. The scenery, the people, the floral print on the menus...
Drinking like a boss all day is hard work. I am unhealthily obsessed with this place. All you do is soak in baths of different temperatures and hydrate with citrus water and tea. Enough said.
Grab some glass noodles, something with hoisin, and a Drunken Dragon’s Milk cocktail. Where I go when I want to be mentally transported to 20th Century Portuguese-influenced red light district Macao.
This place has some of the best cocktails in the entire world. Get the Sarsaparilla (served in a pirate flask) or the Coconut (served on a silver platter [literally] with a smoking cinnamon stick).
Get the burger and an old fashioned. The bartenders upstairs are super nice too, so maybe get your digestif and dessert up there after you’ve finished the main course.
Get a nightcap at The NoMad Bar. Ask if they’ll make you a Forbidden Dance -- it’s no longer on the menu, but it’s in their cocktail book and it’s the most perfect tiki cocktail that could ever exist.
You MUST see the magic show. It’s kind of secret (well, not anymore) and a great way to impress a date. Plus, you can order cocktails from the bar downstairs, and Dan White (the magician) is cute AF.
