One of the most beautiful rinks in the city and very family friendly! They even offer skating lessons in the middle of the rink.

Think of the ice like a great battlefield. Your not-so-sure-footed friends are dropping all around you, and all you can do is keep your cool and zig-zag around them, hoping you won't be next!

Fun to break out the skates and do a few laps under the Christmas lights and impressive Bank of America Tower. Be warned: almost as crowded as Times Square.

Ice skating at Bryant Park is a seasonal must! The rink is well lit & inviting so, there isn't really any good reason not to get on the ice! Grab a hot chocolate at 'The Lodge' & soak up the festivity

Often long lines but it moved quickly. The rink is super crowded in the evening. Come in the morning for more space.

Free skating (need to rent shoes if you don't own a pair), holiday shops and pretty Christmas tree. Bundle up and enjoy some time out here.

Free admission, but so crowded on weekends, it's difficult to even skate. Try going on a Monday or Wednesday for more space, especially if you want to teach someone else to skate!

Not as big a rink as Wollman, and the views while terrific are not as great. The skating however is free (skate rentals are extra), and before 9:30 the weekend crowds aren't bad.

If you need to rent anything, use a BofA card and get 20% off your purchase. The rink gets crowded especially right after it's cleaned, but slowly starts to even out.

SKIP IT. This place is crazy (at least on a Sunday afternoon). The ice was so packed (with lots of falling children) that it was hard to enjoy/even skate...especially if you're an experienced skater.
