CNN: Apart from being one of the best restaurant's in Peru's capital city, it's achieved success with overseas restaurants in several countries, serving inventive Peruvian dishes like patada de res. Read more.

Lisa Starbucks: Stunning presentation thoughtful menu with subtle taste. Service is professional but friendly and kitchen staff is serving too! Setting is classic and spacious. Well deserving the stars.

Manuel Gonzalez: Amazing! A must-visit, great impression!

Travel + Leisure: Rising star Virgilio Martínez composes a multicourse lesson in biodiversity with ingredients such as cacao, chia, and maca root sourced from the Amazon. The freshwater fish arapaima is a signature.

Kevin Skobac: Beautiful red rock hiking trails and rock scrambling just :30 from Las Vegas. A highly recommended breath of fresh air after a night on the strip.

Crystal Faunt: Take your time and enjoy the surroundings. Come off season to appreciate the quiet and spot wildlife. Stay late to see the stars.

Chris Hinton: Definitely one of the best national parks. Far less tourists than Yellowstone, and amazing views. Take a boat out on the lake.

Natalie: There are so many hiking trails to choose from, FYI horses are allowed on most of them so watch your step!
