Warsaw Chopin Airport - arrogant polish staff disrespectful and ridiculous attitude to the passengers. Avoid it when you have choice!

This has really become modern and efficient airport. Tax free a bit pricy, but now more options to eat than just the horrible business shark. Free internet everywhere would be on my wishlist.

The tax refund process is sucks! Superb slow! Even though I arrive airport 4 hours earlier but still unable to get my tax refund! Shame!

The worst airport toilets ever! Who designed them? So small you cannot move inside! Someone should take an example from Amsterdam Schiphol airport!!!!!!

Lufthansa check in is a joke and the ladies were rude as ever. Thank goodness the gate agents were better. 1 carry-on sucks though

Queques to Security Check at T2 can be very long! Instead after checkin at T2 walk to adjusting T1- almost no queques at all!
