This is a mediocre hotel and the staff are among the least helpful and least friendly in New York, which would put them high in the running for least helpful and least friendly worldwide.

Matt BishopJanuary 17, 2015Well-kept rooms and very quiet for its placement in Times Square. Cell service is poor in the rooms so the WiFi might be worth buying.
The bathrooms are on the fifth floor. Take the escalator to the lobby and the elevators to that floor.

Lobby is a bit noisy and plays the worst elevator music, but has blazing fast free wifi, outlets and seats.

Joey GintingJanuary 2, 2014The worst service is after new year.. They just can't handle the overnumbered guest.. Must waiting the rooms for 2 hours.. The staff was rude enough to make you labeled this hotel as bad hotel.
The best pool of all the New York Sports Clubs. If you are an NYSC member, check this place out.
No minibar, but everything else is cool. I love this place
This hotel is not worth the high price. Great location and decent sized rooms (for NYC), but quality not acceptable.
Hotel makes everything difficult, can't carry your own bag (tip trap), can't byoWine and use their glasses, no free wifi, no "to go" option at lobby restaurant, even when room svc is closed.
