    Room was very comfortable, but only ONE employee on duty. No one to help w/ bags, hail a cab or open the door. Also, located in a side street so one had to truck up the street, bags in tow to find 1

    Great hotel, great location. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Super friendly staff. Cookies served in the afternoon. Free (fast) wifi. Rooms are modern, comfortable, sleek/stylish. Recommended!

    Duane reade up street and 24 hour bodega around the corner. Lots of NYC love for this place. Also. Pull down tub faucet to work the shower. Learned that the hard way. :)

    Bar looks a great deal more majestic on the website. Overall, the common spaces are pretty small.
