Epic fail for your terrible customer service in dealing with the inclement weather; proving grossly inconsistent responses to your patrons; intentionally deleting negative posts on social media. Fail.
Don't worry if you feel overdressed. I think it's going to take people a bit to understand what proper theatre attire is.
