Catch up on your email while you wait - there's free wi-fi here!
CID offers both free wifi and remember to look under the seats in the waiting area as most have electrical outlets. Good move CID!
United to Chicago is a bad bet..delays all the time
Welcome to Cedar Rapids, Iowa City is 15 miles to the south.
Power outlets under some seats in CID gate areas have USB ports for charging.
Free wireless Internet is great! Plenty of power outlets too.
Small crappy airport. Alway canceling flights and running vehicles into planes.
Welcome to Hawkeye Country! Go Hawks!
Great airport to poop in. They have electric TP dispensers!!!!! ... seems like waste of electricity, but who am I to judge.
They may offer free wifi but I don't think it's ever worked for me. Stick to your cellular connection and you'll actually be able to do work here.
Wanna deboard asap? Never stow stuff in an overhead bin BEHIND your seat.
Thar's free interwebs up in hur...
There is a bar past security. Its the better bar. But eat downstairs if you want real food.
Get FRESH with TSA for NO REASON!
Seriously the most thorough TSA crew in the country. Don't even try to sneak that hotel soap in your carry on Al Qaeda! TSA Iowa City is watching!
Free Wi-Fi, thanks CID!
Surrendered liquids: too dangerous for a plane, but safe enough for charity?!
Book your flight at the Quad Cities airport. Its way less expensive.
Cabs easily available at this airport. Pickup lunch before you come...not a lot of options...
Short term parking is only $2 more per day.
Eric and Steph are great bartenders at the Millstream Brewing Company bar. Tell 'em Marc sent you.
This place is airport awesomeness. Local coffee. Free wireless. Comfy seats and usb and plugs aplenty. No security lines.
No nees to get there more than 40minutes early unless you like to wait or need to check a bag...takes 3minutes to get through security, with a line!
Front door to gate in 12 minutes. Can't beat this airport.
The beer at the Millstream Bar is excellent... The flatbread pizza, not so much. But drink enough beer and you won't care.
They have everything a lady wants when she exits a plane: a bar and an outlet.
Recharge your iPod while you wait. There are power USB connection next to seats.
Watch out for the Bible thumpers
Needs more Cyclone gear
Awesome airport, security is thorough and friendly, everyone is so nice!
Grab coffee before security - options limited at "cafe" in the terminal.
A well laid out airport. Lots of charging stations and space to sit. One of my favorites
If you are heading West check on multi-leg pricing through Vegas as it saved me over $300 compared to a direct flight.
Eat before you get here!
Power outlet everywhere and new seats in the waiting area. Nice clean place.
Eat before you get to the airport - there's little to choose from
Marriott has a free shuttle to the hotel.
Nice cell phone parking lot
There are signs stating free WI-fi, but I am unable to connect...
If you have travel problems, see if Ashley is working at the American Airlines counter. She helped me xfer from United when all United flights were cancelled.
TSA electronic ticket scanner was out of order for 4 weeks over the holidays! It's fixed now but they have nothing to do except hassle people who are known travelers! Wow! Pick on someone else!
The TSA has nothing to do here so they will tear your luggage apart in search of the GPS you put in it when you got here! Total BS - especially since I have pre-check at "real" airports! Get a grip!
In need of food or drink go to the mill stream!
Wifi is always slow and clunky so if you have work, download before coming to airport. Appreciate it being free.
International Airport, where President Obama lands on Air Force One when he come to visit Cedar Rapids or Iowa City. Come visit me!
The power ports are great, but they really need to do something to upgrade the free Internet- it's never once worked correctly for me.
