This is a great place to go to switch up from your traditional workouts with free weights and machines and aerobics. Not as fetishistic as CrossFit, either. It's aerobics and strength combined.

Amazing place to workout. Boxing, spartan race. Working on teams, getting your heart rate up!! A lot of motivation and people push in you until the end.
