If you have a problem with a locker, which is common, let a front desk person know. Trying 5 different ones on your own just gets you on your bike late(r). Enjoy the ride! I like Kari, Jen, & Danielle
Alexa SternAugust 26, 2017Use the earplugs!! Good workout. I love that the bikes tell you your exact resistance along with cadence and power output so it's easy to follow the instructor's cues
I love flywheel. The competitive stats tracking pushes me to work harder and surpass my goals. Clean and nice facilities. Definitely a favorite for spin class!
If you wanna a house party, Darryl's class. Hip hop, Kara or Danielle's class, old school with new, and some humor,John's class, and an hour that doesn't feel like an hour, Jill's class. Fun workouts!- Ride depends on instructor: dance party, rock concert, motivational, or almost meditative? Check them all out! For some reason at this studio I see more people looking at phones & leaving early. Boo.
This might be my favorite studio of them all. Don't forget to bring a towel in with you, though, for the two showers on the right!
Best spin studio in the city. Enjoy the ample space as this location is new and not really located near its young clientele.

The most fun, effective workout there is! Try Ryan, he is fab, but you can't go wrong with anyone!

take a class with Kara Bocchi! You will feel the burn and sweat (a lot).
Wonderful instructors, atmosphere and classes! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

So intense, fun and modern. Had a class with Holly today, she's amazing!
