Mitchell SJanuary 7, 2014I Hired Echo limousine 773-774-1074 to get to Hard Rock hotel and back to airport. The driver met us at baggage claim holding a sign (Used an alias, just like a rock star!). Thumbs up for concierge!

Excellent service here. The concierge is amazing. Housekeeping is great. Front desk.. So hospitable. Should be rated higher. Superb.
I love this hotel but the windows are covered in spiders. They said all high rises in Chicago are... Is that true? Not good if u have arachnophobia!!!!

Love the location tho!

Grab an issue of StreetWise from him during your stay!- 2nd time at this hotel: certain that conditioner & the lotion are the same. Huge bug in my room. Scary picture of Marilyn Manson facing my bed. Led Zeppelin floor (23) cool but not sure I'll be back.

John ThomasSeptember 20, 2017The rooms and vibe is nice but Internet is horribly slow and they are short on routers. Tap in the shower is broken and breakfast isn't very good. Great location though.
I am tall and love that the shower head sits high so I don't have to duck my head when showering.
