Hillman Philistia: lobster roll of course, chef has shaky hands and loose control over salt on more than one occasion (2) I was disappointed with appetizers and fries. I only get the lobster roll.

Hillman Philistia: Mixed grill served in a large dish: grilled lamb, beef, chicken, quail, kufta, basically all the meats and most of the sides: hummus, garlic dip and baba. Takes a while to prepare but worth the wait.
