Great total body HIIT workout. Burn calories fast! New equipment, seasoned instructors and friendly staff. Bring your own gloves and wraps but they have them available for rent/purchase at the studio.

Every time I'm in town I must have brunch at Brenda's. The food is consistently good. Plan to wait in line for a table but definitely worth it. Go hungry, the portions are huge.
Great beach for swimming and the sand is soft like powder. Finding shade can be a challenge though. Bring a beach umbrella or tent.
