Hand grenades are great, nice bartenders, good live music and a house cat named mama! Really cute tiny joint that gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of bourbon st.

Gotta go to Tropical Isle and get the Hand Grenade. It tastes great & its the strongest drink i've had. I go get one everytime I'm in New Orleans.

Hand grenade on the rocks was horrible. Too watered down. Get the frozen. My husband had trouble drinking one. lol Bunch of these down Bourbon street
