- Junior TauvaaMarch 22, 2013Give yourself enough time to go thru security. Avoid lines with kids and old people. They move slow. Pick a line with business professionals.
- Beware the "touron". You can spot them by ther mouse ears, overflowing luggage and theme park bounty, exhausted kids and the smell of churos!
- Use the expert line or the family line in security, if you qualify. These lines are a bit shorter, but security still takes longer than most airports.
- Michelle ClemonsJuly 12, 2013Make sure everything is packed the way they like.... Unless you want your bags opened up in front of others.

- Liz JonesAugust 27, 2013Get here early. Airport security is a madhouse, with passengers that don't understand how to line up, and TSA agents that don't understand how to keep traffic flowing.
- You CAN'T buy gum here at all so if you need it get it before hand :)
- Nickie TeeAugust 4, 2013If u r traveling Southwest do curbside check in. It is ridiculously packed and slow inside!
- Don't count on your gate being correct, they will change it at the last minute. #USOpenfail
- It's NOT TSA's fault! It's all the dumb people that don't know how to take things of their pockets, liquids OUT of the bag and laptops out of their cases! It would be SO much faster!!!!
- Spud HiltonJanuary 21, 2011Virgin America doesn't have a dedicated counter, so if you're more than 4 hrs. early, you have to use the generic check-in kiosk, then hang on to you luggage until the counter opens.
- Brett FarmiloeMay 5, 2011Airport open 24 hours. Fly in at midnight, catch a few AM winks, save a couple hundred bucks on a hotel. But maybe that's just me. Free wifi too.

- Rollerbag? Walk along the wall and you'll have tile most of the way vs. carpet. Especially good on ramps.
- If you are flying BA or Virgin find your way to gate 91. It's usually empty ad very peaceful.
- New TSA security lane for frequent flyers at terminal B allows SkyPriority / Elite status flyers to bypass TSA lane to a private lane / express lane much like "Clear Me" but now free.
- Cancelled CancelledFebruary 9, 2013Free wifi, although login screen does not come up automatically. I found the check-in process to be pretty breezy other than the fact bins were not readily available.
