- Dane KantnerOctober 25, 2010Clear reopens Nov 9 2010. They honor time left on previous membership. "Expert" lanes can take a long time in morning as crew/employees shuffle to front of line
- The shuttle from the gates to baggage claim is nice, the car rental process is slow
- Keith SchnackeDecember 18, 2013You must be careful here. Some of their terminals are infested with mice and they can't seem to take care of it. They just run around your feet looking for food.
- Christina HernandezMarch 20, 2013For none fried fast food options, check out the options at the gates.
- Plan extra time for some of the least efficient security lines... ever.
- Xavier VillanovaSeptember 26, 2014If you're picking someone up and you're going to be waiting for a long time go buy something at McDonald's keep your receipt and you'll have free refill again and again and again
- Make sure you have precheck or clear or expect at least an hour in security line. Food options are better before security.
- ChaunceyApril 2, 2010Big thumbs up on the free wi-fi. It's a little on the slow side, but compared to the cheap bastards at JFK, this is great.
- Pack your patience. TSA checkpoint is ridiculously busy. Make sure you are at least an hour and a half early or you will miss your flight
- Uber pickup is not easy. Just call your driver and have him find you.
- Danny C 😱February 26, 2012Major shopping/eating places are before security. And it takes an easy 15-20 minutes to clear security!
- This has got to be the most disorganized airport in the country. Why would you have 15 lines filter into 1 with no assistance? And, that 15 minutes from this point sign? Yeah, right, it's at least 45.
- Laura SelfridgeMay 13, 2014Become a TSA pre-cleared traveler. Otherwise the security lines are mayhem.
- Michael McCarthyOctober 7, 2010if on continental and need a taxi...get ready to walk...all the way down...all the way to the left. too many happy kids here
- Everytime I come here it feels like the airport gets bigger and busier.
- When returning car rental -- do it 2 miles outside of terminal... Half price
- The Zimmerman AgencyFebruary 20, 2010If you're flying JetBlue, which is the only way to go, be sure to enjoy 36 channels of Direct TV and 100 channels of XM Radio!
- Gayle SchultzMay 29, 2013Security was a nightmare! Get there 2 hours BEFORE boarding time. Only 1 Cellphone boarding pass reader, put me behind the screaming kids not wanting to leave. Bring earplugs & printed boarding pass
- Lines at check-in and security are long and slow, even at TSA pre-check
- i'm pretty sure only Philly's security line sucks. Line loved right along here.
- Chad FerrisJune 17, 2010If in terminal A, southwest gate 102 has comfy leather seats with power outlets in everyone!! You're welcome!
- The Starbucks near gates 70-79 now has a working phone scanner for the Starbucks app
- Allow ample time for security...even for preferred/first...an additional 20 mins.
- BronzeAgeJanuary 4, 2015Beware of American Airlines!! On the way in, they lost our luggage in transit and hen when they found them hey sent hem to the wrong hotel. But still had to pay for luggage fee American Airlines Fail
- Tyler WaalerSeptember 28, 2014Free wifi airport wide, but brace yourself for the impending humidity.
- George PopJune 7, 2013Booze is really cheap at the duty free store, too bad you can but too many bottles to take on the plane.
- Alyssa GuoDecember 19, 2014Terrible airport security lines. Probably some of the rudest tsa. If you rent a car, make sure to fill up before you get within 10 miles bc the gas is 2x more expensive in the airport complex.
- MCO, please do something about the A/C in the terminal. THIS IS FLORIDA! IT'S HOT!
- Erik HuddlestonApril 29, 2012No priority access line, but an expert traveler line. I hear they will soon join the TSA Precheck program
