The Missouri Botanical Garden is a gardener's dream. Wander through the paths of the Japanese Garden or get lost in the beautiful butterflies of the Climatron.

This place is amazing. Throughout the year they have occasional light shows at night, which are pretty cool. I went to the lantern festival this year- it was so gorgeous!

This place is beautiful from entry to exit. There are great free events in the summer and winter. Also there’s great food too. Sandwiches, salads and brunch on Sunday. Just go!

Free admission to great concerts Wednesday evenings-take a picnic. The Asian garden is amazing. The kids love going to the koi pond and feeding the fish. You can easily spend a full day here.

The ottoman salad from the cafe is perhaps the best salad I've ever had. It has such fresh organic ingredients that are straight from the gardens. It's a great place for a healthy tasty meal!

So many excellent ways to be part of this STL treasure. Regular entrance fees are not bad, compared to other Gardens in US. Go see Japanese/Chinese fests, Orchid Show, Whitaker, Christmas, Hanukkah.

Beautiful! Be sure to check out the Rainforest and Japanese Garden! Only down side- they receive donations from Monsanto... but they put the money to good use!

One of my favorite places on Earth. I've been here multiple times and can spend hours just walking around enjoying nature. And I don't even know anything about botany!

Pretty cool place but not a place to go in the winter. The Climatron was fascinating & it was basically raining & almost ruined my iPad but I did get this photo. Hard one to get.
