FSでは「ニューアメリカ料理」となってますが、東京流に言えば無国籍料理ということになるんでしょうか。トルコ、タイ、和食、コリアン料理のキーワードが並ぶ、一風変わったメニューです。値段もアメリカの外食にしては手頃感ありですね。
