    WRONGLY reported as closed for several years, and that's what accounted for the gap in tips here. It's undisputedly one of the best hotels in Chicago and in the world.

    The spa here is amazing. Nathan gives the best deep tissue massage and the relaxation room is so tranquil you could take a good snooze or chill by the fire with strawberry water. I never want to leave

    I ever ate the lunch buffet before. The food is high quality, and the environment is very enjoyable. You can look the skyline of Chicago while you enjoy the food.

    The terrace is beautiful. Skating in the winter (though on fake ice) and a great view of the Hancock Tower, Michigan Ave., and the Allerton.

    The customer service is the best! Wonderful staff that truly cares about their customers. The spa is also wonderful. Highly recommend the Swedish massage!

    I love their bar. Not crowded at all. Good place to go and lounge with a date or some friends. Very limited seats.

    Beautiful lobby, went to the bar for drinks. Bar is cozy, masculine, and has a fireplace. Luxurious without being pretentious! Great retreat for the winter.

    Don't be fooled by the little dishes of what looks like aquarium rocks that they serve at conferences -- they're actually super delicious chocolates. Think, uber-classy M&M's.
