Lucille Butler: High Tea's really delicious and econimical. The ambiance gives off cozy, fantasy bookstore vibes. Very tight to move around in though, but really lovely tea spot.
Mengyao: Instead of high tea, just get the $20 tea combo (comes with a pot of tea, scones, Devonshire cream, brownies, quiches, and mini-sandwiches) and split it with a friend. Try the honey ginseng green tea!

Chris Taylor: The wine list here is excellent. Try the Gavi do Gavi by La Scola. And the food is great. I highly recommend the farfelle past with lobster and wine sauce. It's great!
