Cozy atmosphere and delicious teas and treats! I enjoyed the Blackberry Sage tea, the green tea ice cream, and browsing the many paperbacks! All books are $1.00 and support girls eduction in India.
High Tea's really delicious and econimical. The ambiance gives off cozy, fantasy bookstore vibes. Very tight to move around in though, but really lovely tea spot.
Instead of high tea, just get the $20 tea combo (comes with a pot of tea, scones, Devonshire cream, brownies, quiches, and mini-sandwiches) and split it with a friend. Try the honey ginseng green tea!

The wine list here is excellent. Try the Gavi do Gavi by La Scola. And the food is great. I highly recommend the farfelle past with lobster and wine sauce. It's great!

Order anything on the menu - it's worth it. And the extensive wine list makes it that much better. Keep an eye open for special events like cigar and scotch dinners, wine dinners, etc.
