Brian Mitchell: One of the best food spots in the Baltimore area, and the price reflects that (it's high). Also, probably the best Old Fashioned I've ever had.
Baltimore Maryland: Do the brunch. Try the Full Monty Bloody Mary: a piece of shrimp, maple bacon and a Natty Boh chaser. Awesome. Read more.

Cole T: The main attraction here is the view of the city, which is pretty spectacular. Attracts a pretty yuppie crowd, bartenders were skilled but slammed so the service was pretty slow. Pricey drinks.
