That was great. Limited menu = super fresh fish. Lunch special was an awesome deal.
Lunch special is $22 and incl. chirashi, some nigiri, crab roll, and soup/salad. They were quite elusive about it, so you likely won't find it on the menu. It wasn't offered to us, but we knew to ask.
Homemade pasta, 1000 degree pizza oven, authentic Italian food. Good prices.
Wine and dessert. Pastas are good!

Very interesting place, not your typical Italian menu. No dishes with red sauce. More west coast style.

I think this is my last time I came to Le Pain... I really tried but their tartines have gotten smaller and less tasty. One slice of bread and avocado smashed with tiny bit of tomatoes $11?? No thanks

Bouillabaisse is stellar if you love rich broth. Generous with the seafood. Charcuterie has an amazing chicken liver jar! Ask for extra crostini. White Hart Pinot Noir is a great bottle to share
