C Rey: Probably the best all around Latin dining experience you can find in the city. Everything on the menu is delicious and the ambiance is first class.
Serious Eats: Carnivale’s loud, colorful lounge vibe plays off of its busy location perched above the Kennedy Expressway, and the ceviche mixto has bombastic, bright flavors to match.
