Hands down, the best vegan soul food I've had (better than Souley Vegan in Oakland, CA). They had run out of collard greens but the kale braised in soy sauce was excellent.

Delicious and inventive vegetarian options that even the meat eaters in our group liked. We ordered a handful of dishes and shared amongst 4. Top it off with real Chartreuse. Enjoyed every morsel.

Good god. This place is ridiculous. Completely lives up to the hype then crushes it. Charred Romanescu and Chickpea Tofu. I. Can't. Stop. Thinking. About. Them. Can't wait to return.

Seldon has an incredible wine list, for the price. Definitely spring for a Burgundy. Next time you come, bring some friends and book the chef's table!
