Amazing flavors. Favorites include the pho gỏi cuốn and their take on one of my grandma's comfort food dishes, mapo tofu/dofu.
the imperial rolls are so umami and delicious! the pho banh cuon is also yummy - all the flavors of pho in roll form.

The Pho is great and the Bun 33 entree (kelp noodles with veggies). This is definitely a date spot trying to play up the fresh, healthy game on classic Asian dishes. Cucumber mule was alright.
As a couple, split the Pho, Bun 33 and Chinoise salad. We ordered the Mad Flax as a starter (while good...it's just two crackers that wasn't as memorable). You can skip dessert.

American diner food & Chinese food is the best food combo since Reese's combined chocolate & peanut butter. I had spicy pork chops which were great. Nice people too. I am now a fan & will be back soon
