This is one of the best Chinese places in DC. Get the Sichuan specialties -- dry fried chicken with hot pepper, beef in tender hot sauce, etc. fried dumplings delicious.

Stars of the menu: Crab/ Avocado, NY Strip, Fried Chicken, Havana Croquettes, Rockfish. Still good: Grits, Bison Tartar, Blue prawns. Sangria is as good as anywhere.

The Italian is awesome. Finally a good sandwich place in DC. I've waited years for a place like this. Very fresh and a great combo of sauces...the mayo, bubs vinaigrette, and homemade hoagie relish.
Bub's Italian hoagie is one of the best in the area: Genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, pepperoni, aged provolone, arugula, roma tomatoes, hoagie relish, mayo, Bub’s vinaigrette & pecorino Romano.
