Daniel: We had Steamed Spare Ribs with Bamboo Shoot, Sautéed Pork Stomach with Smoked Bamboo, Lamb with Cumin Flavor, White Pepper Smoked Beef, and Hunan Style Smoked Duck. All extremely delicious.
