Dariah Truesdell: No trip to New Orleans is complete till you visit cafe du monde. Beignets and cafe au lait are worth the wait. Use the powdered sugar from the beignet to sweeten the coffee.
AJ Leon: Try the Beignets - Everyone ... I have found Heaven ... and its covered in powdered sugar on Decatur street.
Marigny9: It's in every guide book for a reason: it's THAT good. You must have the iced cafe au lait and beignets! Best wear a white shirt to hide the powdered sugar droppings.

Lucille Fisher: The best beignets I've had so far. And I've tried others including Cafe du Monde. Cafe Beignet's is the best.
David Green: The beignets are larger, fresher and imho tastier than Cafe DuMonde. The garden is much more inviting than being crowded under the tarp at CDM

Billy Lewis: Everything we had in the group of 6 was good. The potatoes are amazing. Staff is friendly.
Roger D'Aquin: The downside is the price and the wait. The upside is huge though. Outstanding waitresses that provide great service and fantastic breakfast.
Anna Mangham: The berry and cream anglaise crepe is to die for. The creamed spinach and bacon crepe is also delightful. The service was excellent and fast. The coffee pours were generous. I can’t wait to go back.

John Peifer: Literally my most favorite restaurant in the Quarter. I have had everything on the menu, and not a single thing was I disappointed in. The service is great, and locals get a discount. Shrimp & grits!
Benjamen Hart: One of my better stops in NOLA! Come here for perfect food and GLASSWARE! It made me happy to get a beer in a glass glass! Also one of the only places with non-fried shrimp! A+
