Strong margaritas, great ceviche, good guac, corn tamales, Mexican street corn, sweet plaintains in mole, churros with 2 sauces and coconut tapioca. Entrees huge and best shared. Tacos were ok.
They have pretty good tacos and tamales.
The mole is amazing and you can get veggie mole enchiladas!
Perfect for ordering in! Got their shrimp burrito for take out - was thoroughly impressed when a large handful of fresh jumbo shrimp were thrown In a pan and sautéed before my eyes. Nor frozen stuff!
One of the few Mexican places that's not disgusting to Cali native. Actual flavor plus habanero sauce, corn tortillas and the allusive NYC tamale. (albeit as a special and chicken not pork. Still!)

As Ari J. Mentioned, the chocolate-covered alfajor is divine. I also recommend the napolitana pizza. I had it w gluten-free crust, which was tasy as gluten-free crusts go. The Malbec is good, too.
