Kim Colaprete: Discovered via Yelp! & fell in love. Best brown liquor troves anywhere. Jeff the bartender will not steer you wrong. Loved all his suggestions. If you love bourbons, scotches & ryes - you must try!
Eric Tash: Very quaint and unassuming place in HK. My coworker brought me here and immediately feel in love. Extensive whiskey and rye selection. Highly recommend if you're a connoisseur or novice.
Wesley Bliss: The only whiskey hold out in Midtown West worth patronizing. Well thought scotch & rye selections, good music (usually something Sinatra esque), and some surprises that are not on the menu (just ask).

Charles Guerrero: Great wine list, and decent beer selection. The food is refined-- try the devilled eggs!
Serious Eats: A charming wine bar that stands above the rest in Hell's Kitchen. Small plates are great for snacking.
@JaumePrimero: OMG the deviled eggs! Topped with crispy pieces of pork rinds. Oh yeah, awesome wine selection too. ;)
Adil Ibrahim: If you just dined at Asiate, they'll seat you faster! Phenomenal views of the city - ask for the big (best) table in the SE corner of the lounge (seats 8) - the NE most corner has the best seat for 2.
Lindsay: Not staying at the hotel? If they tell you there's a wait, just say that you finished dining at Asiate. You'll get a table in a snap. Otherwise, prepare to wait with the masses.
Candace Chang: Great view of Columbus Circle, perfect for afternoon tea on a Sunday. Really impressed with the ginger scones and the Oolong tea pairing. Love the spaciousness and high windows

Serious Eats: One of NYC's best all-around bakeries, from the breads, to the cakes and cookies, to the sandwiches.
LogoTV: "I go to the one in Hells Kitchen more than what's considered 'okay'. My favorites include: the hazelnut biscotti, the cherry cream scone, and the monkey cake!" -Jeffery Self, Jeffery & Cole Casserole
